This is a little piece of my mind on feedback policies. Feedback on eBay is unfair to sellers. Sure sellers can get feedback removed if unfair, get comments blocked etc... but i think its about time feedback because = to aLL. All sellers can leave is POSITIVE feedback but buyers them can leave all types. Ok people deserve to know what seller is good and bad but sellers should ALSO have the right to see what buyer is good and bad. You can open a unpaid item case when buyers don't pay but that doesn't do ANYTHING. your account doesnt get suspended, blocked or restricted.nothing. at least with sellers being able to leave neutral and negative feedback then there probably be less unpaid item cases opened. Me and a friend made a test with is account. We got has much unpaid item cases we could in a week, with the sellers consent and participation, and nothing happened. Trust me we racked up quite a stack. **all sellers were notifed and accepted to participate.NO items were purchased just like that by anybody so no worries.** The account now if just left dying and taking useless space on the net since once a ebay account is opened it cannot be deleted. i have 3 and even called ebay to tell them i dont use those accounts and to close them, all they say is oh well theres nothing we can do.your account will stay valid for ever. i found a other platform that resembles ebay and also starts by the same letter and they have = feedback for all. sellers AND buyers can leave Positive, Neutral or negative feedback. Not only that after a buyer gets 2 negative feedback for not paying THEY ACTUALLY DO Something about it. We also made the test on that platform and we didn't get far. After 2 we got a slap on the fingers. After doing it again we got suspended. And after that the account was clompletely closed and any attempt to open a new account with any of the names, emails, paypal etc.. info we had on the other account was blocked. Maybe ebay should take example. After a issue we accountered with ebay again we started listing with that platform and will test the waters fully with them and then eventually good bye ebay. That other platform will be ebays competitor in the coming years. its getting bigger slowly but surely and buyers and sellers are equal. No ridiculous 800 pages long protection for the buyers and 1 page protection for the sellers but EQUAL. Dont get me wrong, both still have protection. but has of feedback there both equal. Maybe one day ebay and paypa will make simple changes to there policies to make things right but when that happens it will be because there losing business and some people only wake up when its to late. Sellers might start on ebay but dont stay long due to ridiculous client demands and even more ridiculous protection policies for buyers and nothing for sellers. We need protection i agree on that but it should be fair for all partys. Whit that said if you want a great service before and AFTER-sales come see us. We will make sure your shopping experience is the best around, and with us no need for cases. We do not scam people or pull there chains. We are honest seller.
