First off you shoddy chat breaks down and freezes if one chooses 'none of these' on the limited issues YOU make us chose from. Second your phone service works until we are transferred from someone in the U.S to someone who can only repeat my problem as if I didn't already know. You make it impossible to contact and get help when your site acts up. In my case you charged a card you should not have and have no one who knows anything technical so I'm transferred out of the country and never get any answers ... View more

I'm so sick and tired of having to fight and fight each time I deal with ebay/paypal. The fact that the employees are ALL told to lie as to what happens to our money. First off THEY MOST CERTAINLY DO COLLECT INTEREST ON THE MONEY IT'S ILLEGAL NOT TO DO SO. Strike one against paypal. Then there is verification thing. I've been verified for over 10 yrs all with great feedback yet I've been placed on the "must be established list" before I can get money in a reasonable time. This is what happens when a company not only bribes members of Congress in every state but is being used to launder money for the various gov't agencies.
