Sorry if this is a repeat, but I cannot find what I might have already posted here. I really like the use of PayPal for different features. I have no trouble with overall use of it. But one problem (not consistent) is when I transfer money from my paypal account to my bank checking account. Most of the time is works fine, but recently there was no trouble getting the immediate transfer, sjust the message I received later: I was to verify back to Paypal the small addition and subtraction amounts I saw on my checking account. I completed this a few days ago with no trouble, but a couple days later I received a duplicate message with the same requirement. I had trouble maybe with some procedure I did not understand, but I could not complete it. Probably it was because they needed some other verification that was sent to my cell phone to confirm that number was also correct, but I did not have my cell phone with me. (I had other options I did not understand or applicable to me.) Since all of this was done successfully before, I cannot spend more time of trying to figure out what it all means or why I received the message twice, so I will just ignore it, but I did send a "HELP" message explaining the complication of all of this (including where and how to submit the statement unrelated to anything on the list of options I was supposed to choose from) is the real problem I have no time to deal with. Now I will try to send this again, but first attempt after I checked "I'm not a robot" it would not allow for a reason I could not determine. marvin
