Hi, I unfortunately have the same issue...my seller claims that I have sent the money to a no longer used email address that was still linked to the PayPal account. She asked me to resend the money to a new account. The transaction status says completed...how can I cancel/retrieve the money? There is no option in history, etc. to do so. I am not so sure if the the account is really inactive or being used by an ex-boyfriend (the name suggests it!), or so. Does PayPal allow transactions to an inactive account??
