Just got this 'account limited' email yesterday. Although the link was to <link removed for security purposes> the reply email was actually to service -at- intl.paypal.com, I've forwarded it to the spoof address:
Notification of Limited Account Access We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your account until the issue is resolved. We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as quickly as possible. What's the problem? We recently noticed one or more attempts to log into your PayPal account from foreign IP address and we have reasons to believe that your account was hijacked by a third party without your authorization. Case Number: PP-001-306-518-9714 To get back into your PayPal account, you'll need to follow the instructions. 1. Click Restore your account now below to open a secure browser window. 2. Confirm that you're the owner of the account, and then follow the instructions. Restore your account now This process is mandatory, and if not completed within the nearest time your account or credit card may be subject for temporary suspension. We encourage you to log in and perform the steps necessary to restore your account access as soon as possible. Allowing your account access to remain limited for an extended period of time may result in further limitations on the use of your account and possible account closure. Sincerely, PayPal Account Review Department. This email was sent by an automated system, so if you reply, nobody will see it.
