Hi. I'm experiencing issues with my other PayPal account due to an error message saying, "We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you." My session kept dropping every 10 minutes, and now I can't log in at all. Do you have an ETA for when PayPal will fix this? I've noticed that many people have reported this problem since at least 2016, yet it remains unresolved. Additionally, what's the purpose of 2FA if it still requires SMS verification? I'm unable to contact support through that account, and our local support is useless.
