I purchased a PayPal NetSpend reload card, but the debit Mastercard didn't function after the purchase. I've contacted the customer service number provided on the back of the card, but they were unable to assist me. Subsequently, I reached out to another PayPal service line, and they managed to remove a certain lock on the card and attempted to add it, yet it's now showing that the card number cannot be found. I possess a receipt showing that $120 was spent on this card. I urgently need this issue resolved as the customer service experience has been extremely unsatisfactory.
