Restricted Account?? I have been a long-term customer of PayPal since 2010 and created this account when I was able to and of age. I have tried but failed on my end to update my last name to my married name. With many failed attempts, I've now been "Permanently Locked" in my account. This has been an absolute nightmare as I have different bills linked to come out of my account automatically. I have called and spoken to someone from PayPal and was informed that my account has been locked due to me not being the correct age and I have breached PayPals policies?? I am an almost 32-year-old woman and have been an account holder of Paypal for 14 years ?
