So I was stupid and fell for a Facebook ad for an "ANBERNIC RG353VS GAME CONSOLE" by Sequserial. So after a few days I got a tracking ID and I thought it was fishy. So I fiddled with the last numbers of the code a bit and hey, I found another working tracking code. Yes my friends, you are seeing this correctly. The entire path is identical, except for the fact that everything happened three seconds later throughout the whole process and the places are different. In other words, the tracking information I got is completely and utterly FAKE. I found 10 more working tracking codes and they all followed the same pattern but with other cities and slightly different date/times. I contacted Sequserial about this and got no response. So I opened a dispute with Paypal and I explained this to them. They said they're going to get more information from the supplier. The supplier sent another tracking code on a different tracking service to Paypal which showed that the package was said to be delivered a few days before. This was also reflected on the original (fake) tracking service. But all the other information, the entire journey of the package, is completely different! So I responded to Paypal and said "So this is the 100% proof that everything is fake, they're now suddenly sending different tracking info, different dates, different location of sending, just compare what they sent now to what they sent earlier." And I have just received their response. We have closed the dispute because the supplier has proven that they have delivered the item. So this is the Paypal buyer protection? They engage with known scammers and just accept whatever crap is sent to them, completely ignoring my proof that that information is fake??
