You state that you can pay online, in the app, or by mail. Then you give a link and say other options are "here". The issue, however, is that we cannot pay online or in the app because the option to click is not there. And the "here" link you included just tells us the same information. At this point, the only option is to mail it in. We are told to mail it to the address on our statement…but I am e-statement only, which means I don't have an address. This glitch in your system has been ongoing as long as I have been using PayPal credit online and in the app. Someone really needs to look into what causes that option to just disappear.
