Hi guys, I need you help. I'm a seler in Spain.I have one problem about buyer 's dispute. My case is below:The buyer submit a dispute that the product is not as described ,so I ask buyer to return the product.Once the product is returned ,I will issue refund to him.But he submit the fake return tracking number in Paypal's dispute case,just like:12345.And Paypal request me to feedback.In Paypal's option there is only two option:One is we confirm that we have received the product.And another is that we issue the full refund. You know buyer didn't return to us and just provide the fake tracking number.So it means that these two options are not fair to me. Have you meet this problem before?And how did you deal with it?Thank you very much.
