I'm trying to help my family in Nicaragua open a paypal account with a lafise bank account, but we're running into problems. We first tried with the debit card but it doesn't seem to work. We then tried with the bank account directly but it doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure if it's just a problem with lafise.
