Exact same thing happened to me. They provided me with bad tracking information twice. The second time the tracking information was for someone else’s Amazon order that was delivered to a different address. The email they provide for support is bounced as invalid, their US phone number is disconnected, and their international number isn’t even set up for voicemail. I’m assuming the bad tracking info provided makes most people think their package was just lost or stolen off their porch. Clever little scam, but definitely a scam.
