I can't login to my account since 6 months. I have called several times to support. They reset password and everything for me. Rest my mobile address etc.. But I still can't login. It still says "We're sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you". What the hell is this even support guy couldn't fix it. I have more than 3000 USD there and I can't touch it. My account is fully ok. I just can't login to transfer it. It start happening when I lost my previous computer and move to a new operating system windows 11. I verified my mobile number 3 to 4 times through support. And reset passwords tons of time. But still the same. What nonsense it is ? Please fix this.
