I am locked out of my account. I had a VOIP phone number connected to my account and wanted to remove it. I tried adding the VOIP number as a second phone number in the account as a home number so I could remove the mobile number, but that caused this error. When I attempt to log in with my email and password, it brings me to a page to verify a mobile phone number, then anything I click shows this error: "Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you". I cannot start a chat for support because it asks to log in, but I am stuck in an endless loop since it won't let me log in. I do not have a mobile phone number or any real phone number. I only have access to VOIP phone numbers. I have more than $100 in my account balance, and desperately need this account back. It does not make any sense that I can log in on here with no problems, but the main PayPal site refuses to let me log in.
