@kernowlass Hello, sir.   Yes, it is. And I have contacted the PayPal Twitter account who told me that this problem can be solved when you try to add a phone number after 24 hours. I tried doing just that, and had the exact same error telling me that "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."   What do you recommend that I do? Problems with adding a new phone number to my PayP...

I get an error when I try to add a new phone number. I've tried updating my old phone number, and so to do that I should add a new number and make it the primary one, and then remove the old phone number.   The problem I am facing, though, is that when I add my new phone number to my profile, I get an error telling me: "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." I've tried to do the same thing on the mobile app, but there I get: "Please check your entries and try again." I am sure the phone number is correct, but for some reason, I just can't add it. (I can call and receive calls on that number, and it hasn't been a problem on any website.)   Can someone help me with this problem? And thank you. ... View more
