Normally, the cause of this issue is a close friend, family member, or significant other who may have added the card to their account previously. If that's the case, we recommend asking them to remove the card from their account to see if it can be added to yours. If that's not what's happening, we recommend contacting your bank / card company to request a new card number so that can be added to your account. Good luck!
