I'm sorry to hear you're having a difficult time processing transactions. It sounds like you might be having trouble verifying your account or card. When linking a card to PayPal, please make sure the card information is correct, and that it matches your PayPal information exactly. Please also keep in mind not all cards can be used with PayPal.
