Hi, I've been having an issue ever since my PayPal account was created, I always get a message saying "Things don't appear to be working right now" and to try again later when I try to withdraw money from my PayPal account onto my debit card. I inserted all the information correctly, my only concern maybe is that my account is still registered as "Algeria" when I've changed the adress and region to France, because I live there now. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue, i'd be really thankful! Thank you very much!😀
