I went to make a purchase and I did not receive a confirmation email from company so I thought order did not go through. Placed and submitted again. Now I have two pending pay in 4 charges for the same item. The merchant says they do not have the order yet and can not cancel. Said to contact PayPal. PayPal won’t let me post an issue and no option to cancel the transaction. How do I go about clearing one of these so I don’t receive duplicate items
