Or was it digital item? https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us Click Disputes and account limitations. Click Disputes. Click Dispute a payment. Click Message Us after “This information might help” box Explain what happen in the message. If you don’t get any help, and paid with card to do a chargeback with your card issuer. Be sure to cancel that subscription so you don’t get billed again. Good luck.
