One buyer disputed a transaction by stating that the Item was "Not received" and later on the case was moved to claim and resolve by PayPal and closed too. But again, after 20 days later the buyer asked for a refund again and raise a dispute for the same transaction. I see a negative balance on my account. So How can I get resolved the negative balance? Can a buyer asked for a refund or raise a dispute several times for a particular transaction after it gets resolved by PayPal? Kindly, Help me! @Paypal Thanks in Advance!
