Hey guys, about 3 days ago I made an online purchase through PayPal. PayPal claimed the transaction to be unsuccessful hence I did not receive any receipts to the email I made the purchase with (at this time I was using PayPal as a guest). However, the amount of cash in my bank got deducted regardless. Tried contacting the support team of the company I was purchasing from and they told me to provide them with a receipt from PayPal. How do I do this?
