Due to my deafness, I cannot call or make phone calls to service. I've been registered with PayPal for 1 year and haven't had any problems until recently. But a few days ago my account shows me that I have a company profile. Something went wrong here. Because I want my account to remain private. Since I can't make a phone call, I want to know how I can change my account or is there direct contact with the paypal staff? Thank you for support!
