Dear community members. I have opened PayPal account in 2016 but have never used it. Yesterday I decided to use it: I recovered my password, removed old expired cards and linked the new, active debit card to my account. I was not able to use my account though and the screen message said there was an issue with my account. I went to the Resolution Center and I found that my account access with limited. Most of the features were restricted and I was asked to upload my ID photo and Card Statement. I uploaded both documents and was waiting for the reply. As a response, today I received the following message: "You can't use PayPal anymore At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our user agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services." I have no idea what did I do wrong. I believe I have not violated any rules. I have linked the debit card (Visa Platinum) which I regularly use in my country (Georgia). My country is on the list of countries where PayPal is available. Has anybody have a similar problem? Can you advise me what to do to resolve the issue? Thank you very much, <Removed> Tbilisi, Georgia
