So I bought a gift card for $25 and it did not get delivered within 24 hours. This happened twice the last 3 days, I just bought it again. What should I do? I tried to email paypal but it did not let me. Usually when you "report a problem" about the product, there are 3 options, but now I only see 2 options. "I want to report unauthorized activity" and "I have a billing issue"
