I am SO frustrated right now. How can I email for help? I've tried to call but I can't sit around on the phone because there is an hour wait time. This auto system is useless. I think I am just going to close my account. I am getting charges but there is no where to access my account to see why they are charging me. They obviously don't want to help, since you can't communicate with a live person! This is horrible customer service!
