Hello, I have been trying to contact the customer service of PayPal for the past two weeks, and the automated service is not helping. I feel like the main issue could be resolved by talking to a real person. Does anyone know how to best reach a live agent? I have read elsewhere my account, which somehow changed to a business account, can only be changed with talking to a live agent, but I’m having trouble reaching someone. Do I keep trying? Are there particular days that are best to reach a real person. I am receiving transaction fees upon receiving money from one friend in particular, and I would like to know if I can be refunded.
