I have been trying for over ten years to access my account. It requires an old phone number that I no longer have access to. I called customer support years ago, but the best advice they could give me was to create a new account. I thought it was ridiculous, that they couldn't change the number for me or remove the requirement to get a text message to log in, so I didn't create a new account. At this point, I just want to delete that account, but I can't, without access to that account. So I finally gave in and made a new account just to be able to access customer support, but the new account doesn't allow me to call or text customer support either. It keeps asking me to log in, and if I log in to the new account, it seems to say, "There, you're logged in! Problem solved, you're welcome!" So here I am, logged in to the new account, to ask the community if they know of a way I can delete my old account, since customer service is useless. Bonus problem: I tried to send money to my daughter overseas (the Netherlands) with the new account, but it is giving me a very vague error message: "We added your new payment method, but can’t use it right now. To continue, choose or add another way to pay." I keep getting this message even though I have since added my checking account, my savings account, and my debit card.
