Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing something strange in your account. It definitely should not be showing a name other than your own!
I'm afraid the information posted by @Aarc123 was taken from an old thread, and that answer was given based on a known issue a long time ago. However, as that issue was resolved, I'm afraid it's not the correct solution at this time.
I would suggest that you contact Customer Service directly to allow troubleshooting to determine the nature of the issue. It's unlikely that it was fraud because changing a name on a PayPal account is not a process that can easily be done, especially from one person's name to another. It's more likely some technical issue, and a representative can look into it and let technicians know about it if it does need further investigation. Contact methods can be found by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
