Hi all.
I have attempted to change the contact name for our business account several times.
I have used the form to upload proof of ownership and a copy of the ID and everything requested... not only have I not had a confirmation of receipt but two weeks later I have tried again to resubmit the info and I have NOTHING back.
Of course the phone line for PayPal doesn’t work due to COVID, there is no direct email address, and basically PayPal seems to have no employees or if there are some, they aren’t willing to work.
How am I supposed to run a business when I cannot remove the funds. I am a sole director now of said business and have all the forms but nothing is changed on the account? How is it possible I can’t reach anyone able to assist?
