We are a legitimate business. We have a linked bank account that has been verified and confirmed. We have funds avialable in our Paypal account. When we try to make a payment from the linked account, it doesn't seem to find it and tells us to add a method of payment. When we try to make a payment from the available funds in our Paypal account, it asks us to provide a phone number and enter the code received via text. When we do that, it again asks us to enter a phone number and enter the code we receive via text. It just goes in circles. We have, literally, 20 pages of messages with Paypal trying to resolve this. That, too, goes in circles. Now the message center is unavailable. Can anyone offer any help as to how to deal with this?
