paypal keep fee after scam

Hi, i received four payments this week out of the blue, i have nothing for sale and did not ask for any money. PAYPAL charged a fee on each transaction and put the rest in my account, about an hour later the "buyer" raised a case that it was an unauthorised transaction and the money was frozen. they then after no real investigation closed the case and awarded the "buyer" a refund all seams fair but they have kept the fee so my balance is now negative. PAYPAL refuse to open the case and said the matter is delt with. how can i get my money back as far as i am aware this "buyer" does not exist and PAYPAL and just scamming me. HELP please. ... HI, the past month i have has several money requests from scammers. Has anyone else had this before? some are not for much, £4.44, £40 but some for £166666.66. anyone know if paypal has a way of reporting these so they can cancel their accounts? ... View more
