I had ordered a product from a website <a href="<a href="<removed>" target="_blank"><a href="<removed>" target="_blank"<Removed>; . The website has the company listed in Minnesota. The site used PayPal as their payment service. After my purchase it said the merchant (Merchant <removed>) was from China with a strange email address. I never received a confirmation email for the order. I attempted to call the number on the website, which is a Texas phone number, that is always “busy”. I emailed the vendor listed on the website - no response. I did some research and found that the BBB has this website as a fraud. <a href="<a href= <removed>target="_blank" <removed>" target="_blank"><a href= <removed>target="_blank <removed>; I filed a dispute with PayPal and they denied me twice and closed my case beacuse “ This decision was made because PayPal Purchase Protection only covers goods or services that weren’t delivered or are not as described.” Payap closed my case without even verifying if I received the items!! I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS I PURCHASED! Two days ago the merchant sent me a UPS tracking number and it said the item was delivered, but the item was never delivered. I have witnessed that can verify this. Also, UPS says the item weighed 0.2 pounds. I bought a 10foot Kayak that would weight alot more than 0.2 pounds! The merchant is a fraud. I have tried to make PayPal known that they are abusing their service. Now they won’t reopen my case and investigate the merchant. I don’t understand. I have provided ample evidence that this merchant is abusing their service. Read the BBB website link!! You will see I am not lying. They are stealing people’s money!!
