A buyer claimed unauthorized transaction pay-pal investigated and closed in my favor. Now he is claiming he didn't receive the item but global tracking shows delivered and sent conformation email. He keeps emailing me saying he didn't order the item and now claims it wasn't received. 2 Questions. 1-When he claimed unauthorized transaction the item was still in transit and pay-pal resolved the claim in my favor did they pay him? 2-The same day tracking was confirmed he emailed and claimed he didn't receive the item can he make another claim? Now he keeps emailing me and saying I should investigate and he wants his money back. I've replied with sorry for the problem and that I can only go by the paid transaction and the tracking info and that I would report it to eBay. I know pay-pal sent him a letter when the claim for unauthorized trans. was settled in my favor would he be copvered under the buyer protection and did they refund his money. Can he file another claim for not receiving the item(same as question 2)? OR is he trying to get me...
