Hello, I've attempted to reach out to customer service three times now with no success. When I explain the issue in full depth, they provide generic, copy and pasted, responses outlining how to change my shipping address. So this is my last hope... Rant aside, here is the situation. I had a customer request a refund from me on Paypal. I approved the refund with the merchandise returned to me. She agreed to the offer. I used my business address as the return shipping address. As soon as I submitted the response, I noticed that the customer's shipping address was placed as the return shipping address. I only had the option to select from the addresses linked to my account, when prompted to provide a return address. So clearly this is a bug, and I am concerned that the customer can ship the item back to herself, upload the tracking info, and receive the full refund without actually returning the products back to me. How can I fix this? This has been a very frustrating experience and its very concerning how I keep mass amounts of money in my Paypal, and when bugs/glitches happen, the support staff do not take it seriously.
