I recently sold an item on ebay and the buyer, who was an international buyer, said he paid the other day. On ebay, it does say that the buy "initiated payment on such and such day adn is being processed through paypal." However, when I login to paypal, I don't see any funds or even any pending transactions on my main page.
I checked with ebay to make sure that the paypal account/email address are correct and they are.
So the question is: where is my money? Do I have to approve or accept a transaction before it comes in?
Please help!
