Hello pay pal community, i seem to have an issue with adding my card? I got a new one recently and activated it today, i went to paypal to add it in but it wouldnt let me, so i of course went here to find some answers. Someone say to do the two step verification thing, and i did that. Before this i made a new accoutn thinking something was the matter with this one, and entered the card information there, only to be told by paypal that they couldnt confrim it was me. Understanding this i canceled that account, and tried again to add this card to my current old account, only to be told its being used by another account! Please help me out here!
