I've tried multiple times to link a new bank account with my PayPal account but every time it says we can't verify it's you. I've called PayPal support on two occasions and they are unable to manually add it either. Does anyone have any idea what is going wrong? I'm hesitant to just open another bank account only to have the same thing happen. Thank you!
