I seem to not be able to fix this issue I asked a paypal rep multiple times they say they have fixed this issue but it still continues
Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method. 25$ prepaid Jokercard giftcard visa it has worked before but now it is coming with that error and on the mobile app it says link another card we coudnt link this one.
