Paypal balance

Hi. Someone filed a case for almost £222 which put my PayPal balance into the negative by this much. Once they close the case, will my balance go back to 0 or will I still have to pay £222?

See the thing is he said he had canceled the case or closed it but the balance is still here.

Hi @Cubiottes,

It may be helpful to know that you can review the status of a case in your Resolution Center. Once in your Resolution Center, you can then confirm whether or not your case is still open.
