A payment 4.95€ taken from my bank account but not showing in paypal. S.A.R.L ET CIE,S.C.A. I have no idea what its for.

These could be bank payments you made through PayPal which are posted later than the original transaction date.

Sometimes they can be a part of a split payment, posted later too so you’ll only see the one original transaction in your PayPal account which lists both payment methods used.

Reference the transaction dates closest to the €4.95 in your PayPal account to try to look for which transaction it can be a part of.
