I had 17€ PayPal balance and sent these 17€ to my friend via friends and family in paypal. In the transaction details it says from: Paypal Balance 17€ and xyz bank account 17€ underneath. Paypal balance has now gone to -3.93€ and 3.70€ were charged from my bank account. Why is this happening and is there some way to resolve this without adding money to my account since I dont have any money in my bank account now.
