I am sorry to hear that you are unable to add the bank. It is possible that our security system is not letting this action go through. Some unusual account activity would have triggered this. However, I would like to suggest that you please try to add the bank by logging in from your desktop or laptop browser, and before that, please clear the cache and cookies. You will be able to add it.
