I am faceing problem in linking my bank account. I have been trying it for several days but still i cannot link my bank account .It always shown that "Sorry we are unable to process your request right now . Try again later"

Hello @santanubarai 
It looks like you have trouble linking a bank account on your PayPal account. We are sorry about that. Your account might need a verification to confirm it was you who added the bank account and it is possible that you have not completed the same and tried multiple attempts. 
If you have attempted multiple times the option to add the bank could be temporarily not available. It is advisable that you contact the support team through your account. They will be able to help you on this. -Kamal
