How can I remove card connected to lost old account ?

My card is linked to an account, I can't log in because I lost my email and can't remember the password. So how can I link that card to the newly created account?

You'll need to recover your old PayPal account by contacting PayPal support. Explain that you've lost access to the email and can't remember the password. Your card is proof that it's your account, so just contact support and they should be able to help.

Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If you are unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
