How Can i I fix the Negative balance problem, i tried contacting customer care they said to do any online purchase to solve this issue but after doing the purchase its not changed

These methods are not working properly for me. i m from india. i got 2 disputes and receiving and sending payments are not possible now. i cant even respond to the disputes too
