Failing to confirm card

I’m unable to confirm my old card because I no longer have access to the card or the associated Standard Bank account as I have stopped using them. I’ve been trying to link a new card to my PayPal account, but I'm unable to proceed due to the confirmation issue with the previous card. Can you please assist me in resolving this so I can successfully link my new card?
