While I am trying to add credit card to my account, it appeared that my credit card linked on another account, i'm sure that i removed my credit card data from other accounts what should i do or to know if someone using my credit card on other PayPal account?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
