Card linking declining

Refusal to link card even after the card was confirmed mine by PayPal but it's still declining the card I am linking

Has to be a visa credit card in your country, is that what you are trying to add?

Yes it's visa tired linking it at first it asked for verification which I gave after two days an email was being sent that my account has been restored then I went back to the app to link the debit card but it started showing me card declined changed method of payment but I optioned for bank account and it's still taking me bac to link card

You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country.
You can only link a visa credit card.

Is it possible to have another card with d same account and isn't there another means one can connect the account details without going through a card
